Help Iman, her family, and her sick parents survive in Gaza
Ireland
I am Iman Qudaih, a girl who lives with my family in a tent in the Mawasi area of Khan Yunis. We are 7 people living in very difficult living conditions in a tent without the most basic necessities of life. We lack privacy, basic needs, and the necessities of life. We find it difficult to provide food and clean water. My mother and father suffer from chronic diseases. My father has a heart condition that causes weakness in the heart muscle, and my mother has diabetes and high blood pressure. They need to receive treatment on a permanent basis, and I cannot provide it for them. I have a 10-year-old sister and a 12-year-old brother who need healthy food and attention for their childhood. I had a beautiful life before the war. I graduated from university with a major in laboratory medicine. I hoped to get my degree and work with it and have a healthy and beautiful life, but the war destroyed everything. Message from the campaign organiser, Jinny Alexander:
It is impossible for the people living in the horrific conditions in Gaza to pay for food, even when it does get into Gaza. Most people have no income since the war began, besides the generosity of those who support campaigns such as these. Every campaign I create or support belongs to a person or family I have direct communication with. The conditions are heart-breaking, sickening, and barbaric. Iman, as so many of the people I speak to, is trying to support her parents and her younger siblings. Campaigns such as this are truly the difference betwen life and death. Even a donation of a dollar, a pound, a euro, shows your voice of support, so even if you cannot donate much, every little really does mean the world to Iman and others in Gaza. Please also share the campaigns as widely and loudly as you can. You may literally save someone’s life.
Iman also told me: I need to provide food and treatment for my family and provide a safe place, and maybe if my house is destroyed, [it has been destroyed] I can rebuild it or provide a safe house for us because the living conditions are very difficult. I am Iman from Gaza, 26 years old. I live with my family of 7 people in Mawasi Khan Yunis. Since the beginning of the war, we have been living in a tent. We are suffering from the heat and the difficult economic conditions. We lost our home, our source of work, and all the necessities of life. I ask for your help for me and my family in the possibility of living, providing food and basic needs, and the possibility of helping in building my home after the end of the war.
I need help to save myself and my family from the suffering of this war. My family wants to rebuild the house and I want to leave Gaza and establish a new life for myself. I am a graduate of laboratory medicine from Al-Azhar University.
We need food. My mother suffers from anemia and malnutrition. She is diabetic and has high blood pressure. I want to save her. I cannot lose her.
We went to Nasser Medical Complex and did the tests. She needs nutritional supplements such as iron, calcium, zinc, and vitamin D, in addition to healthy food, and we do not have the money for all of this. I don’t know who to tell about my psychological pain, but I am unable to do anything, so I am telling you.
Please donate if you can, and share the campaign if you are unable to help financially.
Thank you, with love from Jinny, and Iman and her family.
